Were you to pass that exam say in February of 2022, you would still be certified until February of 2025 even though for most of that time Network_ N10-007 will have been retired and Network+ N10-008 would be the “current version” available in the testing centers. It does not matter if you take your exam a month from its retirement date you will still be certified for three years even though the exam is retired for most of those three years.
